Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Walsall who are looking for a night shift supervisor to join their busy plant.
Our client are a leading coating and plating company that is well established.
Main duties of the night shift supervisor includes.
- Managing a team of 10-20 staff on the night shift
- Motivate the team to meet targets
- Complete relevant paperwork
- Working on various processes, manually loading and unloading parts
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed
- Using FLT to move stillages around the plant
Candidates must have
- Previous H&S training /qualifications
- Supervisory experience
- FLT C/B Licence
The hours of work will be 19:00-07:00 working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
This role may either be straight permanent or be on a temporary to permanent basis.
