Job Description:

A boutique venture capital firm based in the West End is looking for a personable and experienced EA/Office Manager to be a real go to person within the office. You will take on a lot of responsibility and therefore need to remain resilient and approachable with a high attention to detail.

In terms of the EA role, you will support three senior level individuals with extensive diary and travel management, processing expenses, creating presentations, document management and general admin support. The Office Management side of your role will involve ensuring the smooth running of the office, managing stock/supplies, dealing with health and safety and running general errands.

It’s important that you are confident juggling multiple tasks and liaising with individuals at all levels of seniority.

This is a close-nit office environment which hardworking and friendly individuals.

Skills/Experienced Required;

  • Experience providing EA/OM support, ideally with financial services industry.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • High degree of business acumen.
  • Stress resistant whilst under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines.
  • Professionalism and awareness of corporate surroundings.
  • Intermediate Experience of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
