Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Leeds– Agile working policy, LS1 5QX

Salary: £19000-£22000 + Uncapped Commission

Start Date: As soon as possible

The role of a trainee recruitment consultant: The Trainee Recruitment Specialist role is an entry-level recruitment position. Whilst completing core training, the Trainee Recruitment specialist will attract, source and interview candidates, matching them to roles and managing them through recruitment processes. As you become more established in your role, you will manage the client processes, build external relationships, and generate leads to pass over to be converted into sales. As your role progresses, you will start building your client relationships, bring on job vacancies and should aim to be competent in a 360-recruitment role: albeit with continued support and guidance from more senior members of staff.

Remuneration for a trainee recruitment consultant:  Competitive Salary (dependant on experience- happy to discuss!) + Uncapped Commission + laptop, mobile phone, pension, life assurance (x3 basic salary), 25 days annual leave (+ opportunity to buy additional days), agile working policy, green emission scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, individual and team incentives + many other benefits
