Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a proactive Engagement Coordinator who will work across the Lancashire region in connecting young people to the National Citizen Service Programme.

You will engage with schools and education providers across the region to promote the programme.  You’ll deliver presentations/assemblies to promote the programme to 15-20 year olds and you will maximise referrals through an enthusiastic approach to promoting the programme.  Having previous experience working with young people is essential.

You will be flexible and able to travel across the region to engagement meetings.  When the programme is delivered in the summer you will take part in the programme (2 week residential somewhere like the Lake District), you’ll be organised and confident with the ambition to grow.

Due to the nature of this role ideally you will be a car driver with access to your own vehicle and you will need to complete an enhanced DBS criminal records check if successful.
