As the next Customer Service Coordinator day to day you will:
- Aid with PO's / amendments / general queries.
- Manage any customer queries and maintain speed of service.
- Ensure orders are progressed within manufacturing / Advise customers of any delays
- Co-ordinate with logistics team
- Support the sales team with quotations in a timely manner
- Any ADHOC duties
