Manchester (home based)

£22.5k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for large not for profit organisation based in Manchester this role will be predominantly home based however occasional visits to the Manchester office will be required.

My client is a leading specialist in certification, assessment and training services, delivering audits and assessments both nationally and internationally to thousands of clients.

The Project Assessment Co-Ordinator will support the Consultants and stake holders to deliver assessments and training on time and on budget.

Full training will be given but will have excellent organisation, administration, and communication skills.

Day to Day Duties Include:

To coordinate the arrangements for assessments and services to take place in a timely manner following all processes and certification requirements and ensuring business budgets and client retention targets are met.

• To project manage the assessments in line with all processes and certification requirements ensuring compliance and a high level of service is achieved.

• Communicate effectively to all clients the requirements of their assessments, providing support, advice and guidance, maintaining service level agreements and as point of contact, diagnosing client’s needs and resolving them where appropriate.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to support retention targets and contribute to maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

• Liaise with Assessors/Auditors providing support and guidance when required ensuring all processes and requirements have been followed.

• Attend, actively take part and contribute to the organisation of team and Assessor/Auditor meetings.

• Take part in internal Audits, UKAS/Law Society, other Licensee and Key Partners visits when required.

• Provide support to Directors/Managers and other Team members when required
