Job Description:
Primary Teacher
On behalf of a small independent primary school in Newcastle, Hello Education are seeking to employ an enthusiastic teacher. The position will be within a Year 6 class of mixed abilities including Autism and Challenging Behaviour. Knowledge of the National Curriculum is essential, and applicants ideally will have experience in a similar role. NQT’s are encouraged to apply.
The applicant must be able to independently plan and deliver engaging lessons that encourage engagement from all pupils. You must be able to work as part of the school’s wider team including in class support assistants. The school are looking for someone who can integrate into their school quickly.
Successful applicant will have the following;
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- 6 months experience within an educational setting
- Amazing communication skills
- Classroom management
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain)
