Full-time, Temporary (6 month placement – hybrid home/office working)
Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Charity Transformation Manager who will work with the senior leadership team to implement change management to safeguard the future of the charity.

You’ll have previous experience working within a Charity/Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE)/Non-profit within a Management/Transformation role and you will provide internal support and challenge the organisation to identify and implement an evolutionary development/growth programme. 

You will understand the challenges these companies face in the current climate and you will develop philosophies to address complex challenges within the sector/company.  You must be able to make key decisions independently and you will have past experience monitoring, evaluated and reporting on change.
