If you're working as the lead Production Engineer (or sometimes feel like you are!) you'll have experience in understanding QC, design and the importance of speaking to suppliers. Day to day you will: 

• Be responsible for managing production of components
• Inspection of prototypes and QC
• Dealing with RCA and implementing solutions
• Working closely with the engineering and production department to optimise workflow.

Feel like this is your next step as Production Engineer? Ensure you have:

• At least 6 - 10 years of experience
• Understand and apricate the challenges that come with producing and selling a high product
• Deal directly with suppliers globally from cradle to grave.
• Coming from an automotive background would be advantageous
• Understanding of CAD is beneficial
