At Profectus we have an exciting role with our client for a Test Automation Engineer. Our client has been providing market leading software to the leisure and fitness sector for 15+ years. You will be working for a remarkable company that promote a hardworking but sociable place to work. Within this role you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with career progression on offer.

Job responsibilities will include:

• Driving the test strategy by working closely with the product and development team
• Lead the test approach, test planning, writing and execution of automated tests, and test suites, to acceptance criteria for both functional and non-functional product assurance
• Work with the team to create a high performance automated test function 

The skills required are:

• Experience of rolling out automated testing frameworks e.g using Selenium/WebDriver
• Experience in testing web software
• Development experience in an object orientated language (preferably PHP)
• Wide-ranging experience of appropriate automated testing tools (Selenium, Katalon etc)

It is desirable that you have had exposure to AWS but not essential.

This role offers the opportunity to have a hybrid work environment which includes 2 days at the office in Bath.
