IT Technician / IT Support Engineer
Our client are currently looking for an IT Technician / IT Support Engineer who has a years + experience working in a similar role. Working in a Microsoft / Windows environment the ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows Server 2003-2012. The client is looking for a quick thinker who is able to implement changes to the Helpdesk as and when required. You will be responsible for ensuring all IT Tickets are handled in a timely and effective manner by the team you will be overseeing. You will be a part of a small team and work very closely with the Head of IT ensuring the Infrastructure side of the business runs smooth and effectively.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of an existing IT team. The team has scope to expand later in the year due to continued company growth. You will have great support mechanisms from the Head of IT and IT Manager who will be able to guide and assist you through the early days of the role.
