Job Title: Business Development Executive
 
Location: Home Based / Remote - Must be flexible with travel

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (Depending on skills and experience) + Bonus and Benefits

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience of promoting apprenticeships and securing new learner starts - without this experience we are unable to progress.
• Knowledge of the Awarding Organisations, Funding and Ofsted regulatory requirements.
• Excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.
• Experience of working towards and achieving recruitment targets.
• Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Hold an IAG Level 2 or willingness to work towards.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties Include:

• Generate own leads and engage with employers to promote a range of Commercial Apprenticeship programmes, and secure new learners for these programmes nationally.
• Develop and maintain employer relationships and maximise all opportunities for the uptake of Apprenticeship programmes.
• Give advice and support to employers regarding the Apprenticeship Levy and future funding reforms.
• Undertake Organisational Needs Analysis and design / develop training plans to meet employer’s needs.
• Keep up to date with competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, evaluating the market and scoping out new opportunities.
• Ensure employer environments comply with Health and Safety requirements.
• Report sales data and forecasts on a regular basis and meet month end sales deadlines.
• Cross sell other products, seizing all opportunities to offer clients a well-rounded service.
