Lamonbys Recruitment have a new vacancy for an Operations Supervisor to join a leading Fire and Security Installation and Maintenance provider near Basingstoke.
The Operations Supervisor will be a time served engineer within the Fire and Security Sector experienced in either Installations or Service and Maintenance looking to move into a more office based, supervisory role.
The successful Operations Supervisor will be predominantly office based working and responsible for organising and plan working diaries for 10 installation and Commissioning Engineers covering the south coast. Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Organising and plan working diaries for 10 installation and Commissioning Engineers
Maintain and NSI and other Business Accreditations and organise Engineers Audits
Organise delivery of kit to site for installation works and small works
Collect small works and installation documentation from engineers
Responsible for van stock takes
Supervise service desk
Prepare engineering KPI reports monthly
Role Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally be in similar position or be a Fire and Security Installation or Service and Maintenance Engineer with 5 years’ experience looking to step into a more office based, supervisory role.
Excellent communication skills
Good IT skills, proficient in Microsoft packages
Good written and verbal skills
