Holiday Property Specialist - Lead Qualification - Chester
Hours- Full Time
Working pattern- will include both evenings (up to 8pm) and weekends on a shift basis.
Our main aim and focus is to secure a visit with one of our local property consultants. Making good use of the information gathered you must impress the owner with our knowledge and expertise.
You will have proven experience of successfully working to targets in a sales-orientated role and be driven to achieve high performance against targets. You will have excellent communication skills, and an ability to quickly build up a rapport with a new customer.
You will be commercially minded, and able to negotiate successfully and have the ability to create detailed, well-written call records. You will work effectively as part of a small, busy team whilst being able to take ownership of your own performance.
We'd welcome candidates with a strong geographical knowledge of the UK, and experience from the property sector, but these aren't essential.
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated person to join our Property Recruitment Team. You will be first point of contact for Potential New Owners looking to put their holiday cottage with an agency like ours. You will need to wow and excite these Potential New Owners by selling the fantastic benefits of working with us. The post holder will be a constant role model for the company values, and ensure they become key part of the team giving every potential new owner (internal and external) a ‘World Class Customer Experience’. The role includes identifying, sharing and spreading best practise throughout the business, and demonstrating excellent teamwork.
They will ensure that all decisions are based on the achievement of the Company Strategic Pillars.
You will be the first point of contact for Potential New Owners when they call or contact us to discuss letting their holiday cottage with us. Each new Owner must leave an introductory call wanting to work with us and looking forward to meeting our local property consultants.

Work in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998) and to ensure all new systems and data are secure.
Colleagues in the department may have access to material which is confidential or commercially sensitive in some way. It is a condition of their contract of employment that they use great discretion at all times and ensure that no confidential material is leaked from the department to unauthorized members of staff, customers or owners. Should confidentiality be breach this may lead to formal action being taken.
Any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager.
We are looking for a full time flexible individual who is able to work both evening shifts (8pm) and weekends. (One weekend day every other weekend)
