We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Kingswinford who are looking to recruit a Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team in Kingswinford. 

Our client have 130 sites across the UK and employ 2500 personnel, the Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for the Kingswinford site and manage the day to day operations within the National Distribution Centre. 

Main responsibilities of the Warehouse Operations Manager will involve

• Introduce LEAN principles
• Drive efficiencies
• Customer service
• Motivational leadership 
• Sales and commercial awareness 

Skills / Experience required

• Experience in managing operations in a fast paced warehouse environment 
• LEAN principles
• Knowledge of WMS
• CPC desirable
• High degree of self motivation
• Experience of handling export shipments is desirable 
• Experience of conducting appraisals / performance management is desirable

Hours of work will be days which are 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
