A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Call Centre Manager/Operations Manager to join my clients prestigious head office in Kent.
The role will have the responsibility of ensuring that the call centre runs smoothly and achieves targets and KPI's. You will be managing a successful group of team leaders who will in turn manage teams of up to 12.

We are looking for candidates who are ideally from a property background or who have an understanding of conveyancing or local searches. You will need to have a minimum 5 years experience of managing, coaching and motivating large teams.
