Senior Product Manager

A solution-focused cloud software provider to the public and Financial Services sectors is currently looking for a remote Senior Product Manager to lead the development of their internal products.
The software that the company provides ensures greater security for data in the public cloud.

Reporting to the Chief of Product, who is shifting focus from the internal team to client delivery, the Senior Product Manager role has come as a result of recent investment and growth, and will begin as an IC role within the internal Product team but will evolve into a Lead Product Manager role.

The must haves for this role include cloud software experience, 7-10 years’ experience in Product Management, and for the successful candidate to be Government Security Cleared (SC).
In addition to these requirements, any experience with Data Privacy software products would be advantageous.

Although the role is remote, it is only available to candidates inside the UK who qualify for SC clearance, or who are already SC cleared.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the product strategy, vision, and roadmap
• Be the central figure for all of the company’s products
• Hold regular meetings with stakeholders across the business
• Develop a strong understanding of the public cloud domain
• Take responsibility for stakeholder-understanding of your products
• Take an Agile-first approach to delivering and improving products
• Use your market understanding to communicate external factors to internal teams, and internal factors to external stakeholders
• Efficiently action and resolve any issues that occur
• Assess opportunities for application and process improvement

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager delivering B2B cloud software products
• Demonstrable success delivering data products
• Experience with Agile and lean development methodologies, including TDD
• Demonstrable background in managing all aspects of a successful product
• Commercial aptitude – the ability to work closely with technical & non-technical teams
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams

Salary: £90k-£100k
