Fantastic opportunity for someone to join an industry leading organisation as a team leader/shift manager. The team leader/manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, driving the commercial aspects of the business and leading employees in order to deliver an excellent customer experience, reporting to the General Manager.
You will ensure that the store is fully functional, compliant with health & safety regulations, keeping up to speed with policies and procedures.
The Manager will be a people person with a great passion for customer service, who can inspire their team to deliver and help them to develop by providing an engaging working environment in order to meet KPIs.

The manager will come from a team leader/manager background where they have led stores, leisure centres etc. My client offers great training and progression opportunities with a real drive to recruit within the organisation.
