Job Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Cradley Heath who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team. 

The successful candidate will be working in within a busy sales office which include, order processing, data entry, customer liaison, stock control in terms of filing etc. It would be an advantage if candidates had a good knowledge of SAGE and office 365 - Full training will be given on the bespoke systems. 

Main duties of the Sales Administrator will involve.

 

  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Check data accuracy in order and invoices 
  • Contract clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Sales Administrator requirements

  • Consentious and good time keeper
  • Excellent organiser and the ability to multi task

 

Hours of work are 09:00-17:00 - Monday to Thursday and finish at 16:30 Fridays. 

There is an opportunity for this position to become permanent after a successful trial.
