We have a new opportunity for a Warehousing Assessor and are able to consider both qualified and unqualified Assessors!   Job Title: Warehouse Trainer/Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

Location: Bristol - Home/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)

Salary: £25,000 - £26,500 (Depending on qualifications and experience).

Duties:

• Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship Standards in Warehouse & Logistics Level 3.
• Work alongside Functional Skills Tutors who deliver Maths and English - to embed and support learners with their Functional Skills.
• Visit and observe learners via a blended learning approach (online and face to face), to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship qualifications.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.
• Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Don't hold the assessor award? No problem! Providing you meet the below essential criteria our client is happy to train you up!

Full training and support will be given to Trainee candidates to achieve the Level 4 Assessor Coach role.

• Must hold occupational competency within Warehouse Management (This could be as a Retail Manager also with responsibility of the warehouse - picking, wrapping, packing, dispatching, loading on to pallets using FLT equipment etc) / or with delivery drivers (logistics).
• Must hold own GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above.
• Must have a good level of ICT skills.
• Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.
