Contracts and Review Officer based in Croydon and the rate is £22.04ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role.

 This role will involve:

• Assisting Commissioners in the monitoring of care services and contracts for vulnerable service users. To monitor and carryout out checks and quality review visits to providers, ensuring key performance indicators, service/service user outcomes and quality standards are met and contracts are adhered to.
• To engage with and build appropriate relationship with service providers through visits to services and by participating in formal and informal contractual meetings.
• Being responsible for monitoring and providing support to luncheon clubs and day centres in receipt of funding.
• Carry out unannounced and announced visits to services to explore reasons for service failure, reporting back formally to contract officers, commissioners and colleagues.
• Collating and analysing a range of quality and quantitate information to inform contract adherence, then write and present reports using established timelines, systems and tools.
