£25,000 - £30,000 PA

About the Opportunity:

  • Your day as an Internal Recruiter & Learning and Development Co-ordinator could see you resourcing top talent for our teams across the business or taking part in an induction day
  • Helping to ensure that our new starters are all primed for success by assisting with welcome packs and basic IT set up
  • Managing our Learning and Development success tracker
  • Taking responsibility for organising recruitment assessment days from finding talent to giving feedback
  • Developing your skills so that you can take responsibility for some of our learning and Development modules
  • From time to time, you may travel to our Aylesbury office to support their recruitment and learning and development activities
