Job Description:

Receptionist needed in Slough £12.20 per hr PAYE - Reference: RQ581558

This role will involve:

  • Signpost residents to services.
  • Confident in dealing with difficult situations and complaints.
  • Support delivery of PPE requirements; prepare paperwork.
  • Process, issue ID badges and follow process, including collating information for recharges and updating spreadsheet.
  • Follow up on visitors ID badges that have not been returned back.
  • Supporting FO’s with OH room booking information on daily basis by producing dailies.
  • Decommission ID badges and reallocate lockers upon staff exit.
  • Manage, action and respond to emails within inbox
  • Follow issuing of pool car keys process
  • Support services/FO’s with deliveries and notify staff/collections
  • Ensure visitors sign in/out book is completed.
  • Fully understand services delivered at OH.
  • Open/scan BM post to relevant staff
  • Incident and accident reporting

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
