1st Line Service Desk Analyst needed in Portishead paying £10.95 per hr PAYE - Reference: 581971
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
- 1st Line ICT Service desk Telephony support.
- Basic IT Support (Password resets, general account management, desktop support).
- Call logging, call escalations.
- Fault diagnosis and resolution
- Liaison with third-party suppliers, agencies, departments and other parties
- Provision of technical advice and guidance
- Understands and complies with use of all standard procedures and ITIL processes
