Business Analysis Manager - Banking - Hybrid Working - Leader 

We are looking for a leader to join a challenger bank and drive their Business Analysis function forwards.  The role is to manage and lead a team of circa 20 BA's at all levels whilst also looking at the way they elicit requirements, what frameworks they use and improving their processes.  You will need to have strong leadership skills, be used to managing people at all levels and proven track record of developing people.

As well as the leadership piece you will need to be an accomplished BA that can advise and mentor, whilst improving their overall analysis capability.  The usual stakeholder management skills are a given in this role and the ability to convey messages to technical and non-technical people, dealing with execs and other teams in the bank.

The business are taking on a number of key integration and change projects so it is an exciting time to join them. 

This role can be based in the South East (Kent/London borders) or the West Midlands with a hybrid working model (2-3 days onsite).  There is a generous bonus and benefits package to add to the base salary too.
