Finance Analyst needed in Bury paying £12.79 per hr PAYE - Reference: 90892

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis

Responsibilities

To deliver a first class, efficient, customer focused and responsive Income Management service across Home. Dealing with high volume transactions, the role will ensure the rents and charges are calculated and applied correctly on customer accounts and ensure all receipts into the business are accounted for accurately.

The role will perform key control reconciliations, maintain elements of the property database and perform first line debt chasing for non-rental income.
