We are known globally for the development of revolutionary medical technologies used in both home and hospital settings. Due to continued growth and further site investment, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join our Operations Systems team.

As a Systems Engineer, you will be using your computer programming skills and interests to design, develop and support systems for the manufacture and testing of both our sensor and single use test strip technologies. You will join a team of dedicated engineers working in an Agile\SCRUM framework (3 days per week from site and two days per week from home) focused on delivering complex, high quality regulatory compliant systems. You will also be adding value to the team by learning to support and manage the change process for existing systems. You will be contributing to the design and development of software applications that have a high level of integration with laboratory and process equipment.

To be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

• A passion for engineering.
• A relevant engineering qualification\experience such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Control\Electrical Engineering.
• Experience of Visual Studio Application Programming in the Microsoft .Net Core environments (C# and/or C++).
• Experience of using relation databases within application development.
• An understanding of the importance of Quality standards (following structured and defined methods in your work as expected in a regulated environment).
• Excellent communication skills to help you to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• A basic understanding of electronics and Firmware (ARM M Cortex) would also be an advantage.
