Dynamics CRM Manager – London/Remote - Up to £50k

Pearson Carter are currently working with an established End User with multiple offices around the UK. The company are looking for a CRM Manager to join then and the “go to” person for their Dynamics CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customise and maintain the CRM in line with business processes.
• Keep the D365 system up to date.
• Business system and process improvements.
• Develop and build reports using Power BI.

Experience

• Strong Dynamics CRM / D365 experience.
• Customisation and Configuration experience.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Process mapping experience.

Salary

The salary for this role is up to £50,000 depending on experience + Benefits.

Location

This role is based in London but a hybrid of homeworking and office working will be available.
