IT Helpdesk Manager (FTC), End User, Leeds x5, £55k
Pearson Carter are currently working with an End User who are looking to hire a IT Helpdesk Manager on a Fixed Term basis. The role will see you overseeing the delivery of their technical support service.
They offer a base salary of £55,000 and an extensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Management of the IT Helpdesk
- Maintain, develop, and enforce technical standards
- Point of escalation for the Global IT Team
Experience:
- Experience in a IT management role
- Support/helpdesk experience
- Hands on experience of managing a helpdesk environment

Location
This client has an office in Leeds and are working in the office 5 days a week.
