Senior Account Manager - MS Partner - Up to £60,000

Pearson Carter are currently working alongside a Wolverhampton based National Microsoft Partner. They provide customers with high quality service and are looking to recruit new and brilliant minds.

Responsibilities

• Manages relationship between business and customers – working with internal account manager to handle contracts, licencing, quotes, processing jobs and orders and approving time sheets
• Identifies expansion and other contract opportunities
• Ensure our customers ultimately have realistic expectations, and they are clear of what we can deliver, and when we can deliver it
• Ensuring regular contact with every customer
• Retain commercial ownership of customer projects and attends steering meetings as appropriate

Experience

• Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and/or CRM either in a sales or consulting role
• Experience with ISV products
• Commercially minded with the ability to build strong relationships
• Passionate about the products and their capabilities with the ability to share a vision with the customer

Salary

They're offering an attractive salary up to £60,000 + other benefits.

Location

This excellent Microsoft Partner is based in Wolverhampton and asks for the candidate to go in to their offices 2x per week
