Role: Project Administrator – Signage

Salary: £23K

Location: Bradford

 

The role

To present a professional and courteous image of the Company at all times. Working alongside the Project Managers you will assist in the day to day running of multiple sites across UK and Europe to deliver a rebranding program for a major client. Working closely with the team you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, in budget and adhere to legal compliance.

The role will involve, providing quotes, updating the workload tracker, processing orders, invoices and ensuring all the customers’ requirements are met.   The role is varied, and challenging with the potential to develop into a full project management role.

 

Requirements:

  • At least one-year relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Confident with IT to include, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Well organised and good team player

Desirables:

  • Experience in Signage / Large Format industry
  • Experience in using Sage
