Customer Service Internal Support Role

Working for a great company based on the East side of Swindon with excellent public transport routes. Hours are 9-5 Mon to Thurs & 8.30-4 pm Friday with good rate of pay at £11-11.50 per hour. Starting on the 6th June and for 4 months initially. This is an opportunity to join an established business with a real passion for staff well-being and development.

• Ensure a high standard of quality customer service in cooperation with the external sales team, marketing, supply chain
• Order processing with a focus on the customer’s need.
• Support and follow up on marketing/external sales initiatives to expand the market share

Tasks/deliverables

• Order receipt, typing, maintenance
• Make sure data is correct & according to processes. (prices, delivery addresses, delivery dates etc.)
• Close cooperation with supply chain & distribution tracking performance

• Respond to customer requests
• Customer guidance to solution (phone, mail, live chat)

• Keep data updated and in alignment with customer contracts

• Claims handling (registration, solution, corrective action)
• Improve the QA set-up in cooperation with QA dept

• Campaigns, product launches
• Upselling & Cross Selling Skills
• Track campaigns by distributors & end-users
• Reply to request for Log-in to the webpage
• Cooperation with distributors to keep websites updated
• Work closely with Area Sales Manager to increase spend and support to Distributors
• Aid in the development of Website presence
