This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, dynamic and conscientious part-time Negotiator to forge a career within a long-established, professional, local estate agent based in Central Southampton area.

The right candidate will be smart, well-presented, articulate, persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed. In addition, you will be passionate about the property industry and in delivering a superior service in an environment where you will be rewarded on your skill and ability.

The perfect candidate will currently be in Residential Sales in the local area and be looking to reduce their hours or to return into the industry.

The skills required for this Negotiator role will include:

• Experience in residential sales/ lettings

• Excellent sales ability

• High level of customer service skills

• Good telephone manner and positive attitude

• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated

• Knowledge of the Central (Southampton) area helpful

• Full Driving License essential and own car
