Project Control Lead - 12 month contract - Warton near Preston - £28.92ph UMB or £22.00ph PAYE (Inside IR35)

The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). Clearance Requirements & Eligibility

SC + ITAR

This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to ITAR Material which means there are restrictions on dual nationals. The Role

As a Senior project Controller you will ensure CAM and Operational area scope of work is defined and maintained. This role will involve assisting the technical work package leads, Operations' Managers and CAM in developing and maintaining project level plans and reports and establishing the project control processes, enabling you to take responsibility and prioritise your own workload.

Your daily tasks will include Ensuring establishment and adherence to project control processes, including Earned Value Management, Risk Management and the use of robust reporting of achievement, Reviewing project performance, including decision-making and out turn predictions based on trend analysis, managing project change through the formal Baseline Change Process and Supporting the CAM and Operations' Manager in developing a robust quarterly forecast for each project.

Essential Skills

• Good people and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent IT skills (excel predominately)

• Knowledge and practical experience of the application of Earned Value Management and root cause analysis

• Practical experience of project control including planning and schedule management, principals, concepts and management reporting within CAM / project environment.
