We are working with a manufacturer of quality engineering solutions including lighting columns and brackets based in Andover, who are currently looking for an Assembly Team Leader

Assembly Team leader.
Prepared to work on a production line hands on making Heritage style street lighting lanterns, as well as being team leader of a small team, organising and working alongside staff.
Preferably someone with Electro / Mechanical assembly experience who is looking to stay and be a long term prospect.

Work involves:
Managing staff and working to a priority schedule.
Organisation and maintaining good working practices of assembly area.
Wiring of LED boards, electronic drivers and lantern gear-trays.
Drilling and riveting of sheet metal painted parts.
Overseeing and involvement of the complete street lighting heritage lantern build.
Electrical testing and packing.
PC literate.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30 (half an hour for lunch)
