Overview
This role will be the site Quality and Technical Manager for a site that has consistently provided excellent products for retailers. You will be working closely with the operations to help drive a continuous improvement mindset in all parts of the site.
The Job
- Manage the Quality team by setting KPI's and encouraging team development.
- Analyse customer complaints, and carry out root cause analysis to drive down complaint levels.
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce cost.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations, by being passionate and knowledgeable about the product.
- Work very closely with operations on a daily basis.
About You
- Experience in Managing Quality or Technical teams in Food Manufacturing.
- Experience in Leading BRC & Customer Audits.
- Experience in working in food manufacturing in a short shelf-life environment.
