The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Technical, the successful candidate’s main objective will be to provide technical advice and support across the business…

• Drive excellence factory standards throughout the business through GMP and audits
• Work across the technical and operations functions to continuously improve plant and production standards
• Manage a team of QA’s to achieve health and safety standards
• Ensure paperwork, systems, training is in place for QA checks in line with QMS
• Take ownership of analysis testing

The Candidate:

The successful candidate requires:

• Management experience in food / FMCG production environment within technical function
• Experience of retailer and foodservice quality requirements
• ERP systems experience
• People management skills
• Intermediate Food hygiene certificate
• HACCP level 3

The Package:

• Salary c. £35,000
• Monday – Friday
