Key Responsibilities

This exciting and interesting role will suit someone who can demonstrate experience and ability of the following in your application:

• Building and operating strong trusting partnerships with a range of stakeholders, understand and determine their learning needs and translate that into workable, affordable, quality design programmes and products.

• Leading and engaging a large team to high performance and improved outcomes, supporting their growth and developing our services.

• Planning, deploying and forecasting operational supply to meet changing customer demands and a quality service.

• Innovation and expertise in digital learning and development.

Essential Criteria

You are required to demonstrate experience of the following within your application:

• Recent experience of working in a digital design role with a demonstrable knowledge of building robust products with UX at the heart of delivery.

• A proven track record of building and maintaining strong and trusting relationships with senior stakeholders across HMRC.

• Recent experience of successfully leading people through change.

• CIPD L5, equivalent qualification or can demonstrate relevant experience to this level in leading digital learning.

• A working knowledge of digital and hybrid learning and design of learning solutions.

• Experience of operating both agile and waterfall project and programme methodologies.   Benefits
