Pearson Carter are working with an award-winning company looking to hire a Helpdesk Manager to join their existing Information Security team. They are looking for a Helpdesk Manager who is an all-round IT Technical manager with experience in a similar role supporting a large number of staff.

They offer an excellent salary of up to £50k depending on experience + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Technical guidance to global IT support team
• Management of IT Helpdesk
• Stakeholder management
• Enforce technical standards, policies, and procedures

Experience:

• 5 years’ experience in IT Support environment
• Developing IT processes and automation
• Hands-on experience managing a helpdesk environment

Salary:

They offer an excellent salary package of up to £50,000 + Benefits

Location:

The Helpdesk Manager has an office based in Leeds and is expecting travel to the office every week.
