We are now looking to hire additional, experienced recruiters to help support us and our accounts as we are now busier than ever, with new clients signing up every single month. 

 

You might be a recruiter who is performing well where you are but are struggling to see a long-term future for yourself.  You might be looking for more flexibility to work from home regularly or you might be looking to switch to a more interesting and growing sector (tech is absolutely where it is at!)

You won’t get a corporate environment here. What you’ll get is the chance to work in a supportive and innovative company with other likeable, grounded recruiters who love what they do. 

 

You'll need at least 6 months recruitment experience and will need to be based within commutable distance of Nottingham, as you will need to be able to come into the office at least once a week for team meals and camaraderie!

 

We are open to considering people from finance, HR, legal, Engineering or any other professional recruitment sector.  If you have a background in blue-collar recruitment you'll need to show you can successfully transition to a high-value, low-volume recruitment role.

 

On offer is a basic salary between £22k - £40k + bonuses worth £6k - £30k dependent on performance.  We also have regular team meals, charity activities, days out and incentives, as well as regular in-house knowledge sharing sessions and training.
