Telesales Executive - Romford
£16,450 basic with an (uncapped) OTE of £10,920 on top of the basic. They will be eligible for an annual bonus of around £5,100
The inside sales team is divided into three sub teams. This role sits within the outbound supplies team. along with 4 other consultants.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. There's plenty of opportunity to move across teams and move up the career ladder. A very sociable and vibrant team, and a fun environment.
1 - F2F with the Hiring Team

Working within our telesales team, you’ll contact prospective customers to promote our inks, consumables, envelopes, and stationery There’s no cold calling involved and, although you will be working to targets, the focus is on understanding customers’ needs and building rapport, rather than the hard sell. Because happy customers are repeat customers, you’ll also make sure that all post-sales activity runs smoothly. You’ll have sole responsibility for your pipeline of accounts, moving customers seamlessly through the sales cycle, preparing revenue forecasts and ensuring that administration is completed in an effective and timely manner.
We’re looking for a solid track record of success in a similar role, plus a well-developed understanding of how to identify customer needs, ask probing questions and close sales. Your ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs will be matched by a strong delivery focus and a ‘right-first-time’ attitude. Success will hinge on your ability to communicate – and listen – effectively. It’s a team environment, so you’ll also need to be able to co-operate with and inspire your colleagues as you work towards common goals.
