Job Title: Management Assessor / Trainer

Location: Hybrid Role (Face to Face delivery in Luton and Remote delivery online)  

Salary: up to £35,000 (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

Essential Criteria;

• Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Must have experience of delivering New Apprenticeship Standards in Operations / Departmental Manager Level 5, Business Administration Level 3 and Team Leader Level 3.
• Confident to support the deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.
• Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required
• Hold strong occupational competency at Management level.
• Ideally have experience of creating quality learning curriculum.
• Must have a good level of ICT skills.
• Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel to other employer sites as required.

Duties:

• Assess and support learners working towards the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager, Business Administration Level 3 and Team Leader Level 3.
• Delivering online learning to apprentice’s remotely and face to face workshop sessions.
• Engage with leaders and teams internally to promote and attract new learners to the Apprenticeship programmes.
• Actively support with the creation of engaging curriculum and resources.
• Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
• Work to learner review and completion time-scales.
