ROLE: Business Development Manager

LOCATION: London/Birmingham/Remote

PACKAGE: £65,000 basic + £20-30k in commission

I’m working with a highly innovative global talent assessment and development business, and they’re looking for a BDM to join their team who can relentlessly focus on ensuring their solutions make a measurable difference to their clients.

 

You’ll be generating a network of professionals across Talent, HR and Assessment, managing your pipeline and creating new business opportunities within your target prospects. You’ll become an absolute product expert and use your expertise to identify, nurture, develop and close business.

As far as experience goes, this is what they’re looking for:

 

✊  Understanding of technology solutions and an appreciation of the state of the art/science in relation to using technology, data, AI and machine learning in recruitment, assessment, and human capital.

✊  Track record of building deep and lasting relationships as a trusted advisor at senior levels in enterprise organisations – with Head of, Director, VP, C-suite customers.

✊  Proven capability in commercial deal negotiation that delivers win-win outcomes for clients and providers.

 

Salary wise, they’re looking to pay up to £65,000 basic with an additional £20,000 to £30,000 in commission when on target! They’re based in London and Birmingham and are flexible on location, as well as remote working, so as long as you can see your clients when you’re needed, you’re all set!
