Salary: £18,000 - £20,000pa + Benefits
Great opportunity to join an industry leading company that is continuing to grow their business, including their IT function. The role is for an IT Service Desk Analyst, working in an existing team who provide 1st, and 2nd, line support for all business users. The IT Service Desk is also responsible for the maintenance of all IT systems, and the role will also give the Service Desk Analyst the opportunity to be involved in project work, as well as BAU.
Key responsibilities for the IT Service Desk Analyst include:
The IT Service Desk Analyst will have previous experience in working in a 1st line support role, dealing with business users and/or customers on IT issues. They will possess good troubleshooting skills, be proactive, customer focused and have excellent communication skills.
Further training and development will be provided by the business.
