Recruitment Coordinator

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 + bonus for each candidate you place!

9.30am start Monday, 3.00pm finish Friday | Free parking | Relaxed dress code | Work from home on Mondays and Fridays!

Taylor Higson is a well-established recruitment business specialising in the print and packaging industry. Based on Cheadle Royal Business Park, we’re a small but friendly and experienced team who are now looking for an energetic individual to join the business to assist in the search and selection of experienced candidates to fulfil our client’s needs – no sales required in this role!

This role would suit someone who is a quick learner, works off their own initiative, takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail. It would be desirable to have prior recruitment experience, as you'll be dealing with candidates and clients day to day. This role would be perfect for someone who has temp recruitment experience, who is looking to make the transition into permanent recruitment. Bonus points if you have experience sourcing technical / logistics / manufacturing candidates!

You'll be comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to clients/candidates, be IT literate with good communication skills.

As part of the role, you will:

• Source candidate for our clients using job boards, LinkedIn and our CRM system
• Format candidate CV's and send them to our clients
• Organise interviews, confirming and preparing your candidates accordingly
• Be comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to clients/candidates
• Be comfortable answering our inbound office line, dealing with any general enquiries / taking messages for team members
• Be IT literate as you'll be shown how to use our company CRM system
• Write and post job adverts for roles you are working on
• Work closely with our experienced consultants to fulfil client needs
• Earn bonus for every candidate you successfully place into work!

Full training will be given on the database we use and the sectors we work in.
