Job Description:

Immediately available Administrators required!! Recruitment admin experience? even better!

Hours: 9-5pm

A private healthcare company based in the West End is looking for a bright, switched on and personable individual to provide temporary administrative support in their recruitment team, as well as often helping them find suitable candidates. 

A lot of this support will be phone work, so liaising with candidates/new hires over the phone collecting their details, as well as administration. Therefore it is important that you have an excellent telephone manner, an engaging and professional personality, as well as the confidence.

Your administrative duties will include reviewing and cross checking documents, booking meetings, uploading documents, writing emails, data entry and ad hoc admin tasks.

Even though this is temporary, they want someone to be an integral part of the team who is committed to the entire length of the assignment.

This role would suit a credible, well presented and bright Administrator.

Skills/Experience Desired;

Confident with administration and customer service 

Confident liaising with business professional

Engaging, personable and bright

Ability to work on your own initiative and multitask within an ever-changing environment.

Attention to detail.

Excellent telephone manner.

MS Office experience (Word and Outlook)
