Customer Care Executive


Job Description:

We are recruiting for a company working in the wedding industry for Customer Care Executives. This is a business that is flying high and enjoying huge growth.

The role:

Customer support via telephone, email and online chat. This might be about purchases, deliveries or products.

Update our customers as things progress

Manage the customer inbox with responses within 24 hrs.

Liaison with external teams to ensure a great customer journey

The Person

Experience in customer service

A good level of computer literacy

A confident communicator with a excellent verbal and written English skills

The Hours:

8 hour shifts between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday a month 9am - 4.30pm 

3 days/week in office and 2 days from home to be agreed with the manager.
