The Role:

The successful candidate will involve creating traditional sourdough breads and other long fermentation products using high quality ingredients. This is a brilliant opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team and learn for industry leaders.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience as a skilled artisan baker; mixing, scaling, shaping, and baking
• Knowledge and experience working with long fermentation breads
• Proactive and able to work well in a team
• Passion and genuine interest to be a part of a high-volume bakery

The Package:

• Salary c. £30,000 - £32,000
• Discretionary bonuses
• Day shift pattern
• 45 hours per week
