We are looking for a driven, proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to work for this global investment bank with a reputation for honing the very best talent. Working within a fantastic Team Assistant network, the successful applicant will be offered excellent training and ongoing support, the opportunity to earn overtime at time and a half and a strong possibility of converting onto a permanent contract at the end of the assignment. The Team Assistant will be responsible for supporting a large team of bankers up to MD level in a heavily logistical role which will involve extensive diary and calendar management, organising meetings across multiple time zones, travel arrangements (including flights, transport, accommodation and visas), expense management and maintaining workflow.

The ideal applicant will have:

• Experience of supporting multiple individuals within a Team PA or Team Assistant role 
• Excellent diary management skills
• Experience of arranging international travel
• Impeccable organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills

In addition, this is a busy and demanding role which will require a Team Assistant who is able to think on their feet fast within a high-pressure environment and therefore it is essential that they possess a resilient, highly motivated and muck in attitude along with a strong team ethic.
