Job Description:

Junior Project Manager
12-month FTC | Surrey | Hybrid

We are looking for a Junior Governance Project Manager (PMO) who has:

  • 2+ years of experience in Project management/Vendor Management
  • Very organized and with attention to detail
  • Experience working in Agile
  • Strong team player, able to work effectively as part of cross-functional and distributed team
  • Effective analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems, issues, and solutions
  • Excellent Communicational skills (stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, influencing) including strong skills in active listening to improve team effectiveness and performance
  • Exposure to Tools like JIRA is preferred

Key responsibilities:

  • Support business, operations, and development teams
  • Support Project Managers and Business Analysts
  • Prepare the monthly enhancement update packs for each country
  • Prepare monthly executive summary packs to be shared with EO and GMC senior management
  • Prepare the Quarterly roadmap decks
  • Prepare relevant materials for the monthly programme board meetings with each subsidiary
